William and Kendra

We're looking to adopt a baby

Hello! We are William and Kendra. Thank you for taking the time to read our book. We hope that our story gives you a glimpse into our daily life.

Our Catholic church brought us together in 2014. We were both part of an active group of young adults. Before dating, we started meeting after work for jogs beside the bay. Through these runs, we discovered that we had more in common than our strong faith in God. We quickly realized that we shared a gratitude for our close-knit families, a love for outdoor adventures, and an appetite for delicious ice cream! While we ran together, William pointed out the different ships docked along the bay—he had the inside scoop on all the waterfront activity because of his work on tugboats. Kendra retold the funny teaching moments of her day in the classroom.

In September 2015, we had our first official date (ice cream, of course)! Two years and many ice-cream cones later, we married in September 2017, surrounded by family and friends. For five years, we have struggled with infertility. These challenges have not changed our desire to have a family. The time we spend with our nieces and nephews has only increased our hope for children. We look forward to sharing our love and home with a child!
